Ambulatory Blood Pressure Recording (ABPM)
An ambulatory BP recording is an investigation that is valuable in making a diagnosis of hypertension. It is also used to see if an individual‘s BP is well controlled on medication. It is an outpatient test and the machine will be attached in the clinic and the patient will be sent home, to be followed up the following day with the results.

Holter Recording
Holter test is a test that looks at your ECG over a period of 24 to 72 hours. Sometimes the test can be performed for an even longer duration of time. It is indicated in individuals who have an irregular heart rhythm or who are experiencing palpitations.

A treadmill test is an investigation where the patient is made to walk on a treadmill with the ECG leads attached to a computer. It helps determine if there is any problem with the circulation of the heart muscle and is an indication of any underlying heart artery blockages.
