Who is this test for?
Our Basic Health Check-up is for anyone who wishes to know what their basic body functions are like, and whether they are within normal limits. This test is designed for people who are healthy and have had no significant problems with their help in the past. While this test is not as comprehensive as our Executive Health Check-Up, it will still offer information that may reveal the need for further tests, if required.
How do I prepare for the test?
Preparation is simple. The blood tests are performed as fasting samples, meaning you should fast overnight and arrive to our centre for the blood test on an empty stomach. Following this, we will direct you to have your chest x-ray and abdominal ultrasound. You are then requested to have a light breakfast and will require another blood test 2 hours after that to check your post-prandial blood sugar levels.
All the tests and reports will take a few hours to complete, and once they have concluded, you will see one of our team for a full consultation and clinical examination.
How long will the tests take?
We recommend keeping a whole day free for your tests. At the least, please keep half a day till around 1pm to have all your tests and see us.
